Monday May 14th. Not really that big a deal. Oh wait, yes it is. If your head has been in the sands for quite some time, you might not have heard about what’s coming at midnight. Many people we know in Azeroth, the blogging community, and the real world are about to throw down with hell for the foreseeable future. There’s rumours I might end up submersed as well, as part of my own celebration of existence later this week. Time shall tell. If, like me, you do end up playing and it’s for the first time then I highly recommend Khizzara’s Introduction To Diablo.
In the meantime, I continue to keep busy in Azeroth. Saintvache hit 83 this morning, which fortunately resulted in no further time in Deepholm. It and Vash’jir were not as fun as I had hoped. I occasionally will pop into the ocean, but very very sparsely. Deepholm has Aeonaxx, but that’s about all that interests me after the first run through lore wise.
In talking with Yuush, Myth could use a Pally healer more than another Pally tank and as I did offspec Holy, it’s only a matter of time. I know, I know, it goes against my whole “why would you do all that levelling only to switch specs” but I had always planned to be both…it’s just that Prot turned out to be so faceroll that I never bothered with Holy. Now that I’m giving it a closer look, it seems pretty straight forward in terms of healing. It will just be learning situational spells I’m sure.
I touched on it briefly yesterday, but the Laid Back Raids page is up now (just under the header). That’s where you can find the schedule in terms of what raids are coming up when you’re free to chill and loot with everyone else. I’m going to try to keep things scheduled two weeks ahead, and do my best to balance Alliance and Horde. If there’s something you want to run, let me know in game or in e-mail and I’ll try to slip it in. Though after Mrs. Amateur snagged a Glaive Saturday night, I foresee weekly (unscheduled) Black Temple runs on the Horde side until she gets the other one.
