Here we are folks, as it’s decision time. The RNG has no business here tonight and even I have no say in the voting. I’m ok with that. I’m sure even Pat wished he was Vanna some nights. So let’s take a look at the final two competitors and their submissions.
The contestants both put in awesome and unique designs. Again, glad I didn’t have to choose a winner. Instead, I left that in the hands of the other 15 competitors who were previously eliminated. In the end, the final vote was 9-6. The winner of the contest is Zazzy!
I will be sending the very excited Cinder Kitten off to its new home very soon! Congratulations to Zazzy, and to Freyana as well. As runner-up, we aren’t going to send you away empty handed though. Courtesy of the “Huckle Foundation For No Finalists Should Go Without” I have a couple of little friends that are just waiting for you on Blade’s Edge (US, Horde-side). Just roll a character and we’ll work out the finer details via e-mail.
Based on the replies I got during the judging process, and with the various entries, everyone had fun with the contest. Glad to hear it. I enjoyed seeing some great transmog outfits as always. I again thank each of the 17 people who took part, as the viewing pleasure was all mine.

Congrats Zazzy on a well-deserved win! I love that combination of Jinxed Hoodo tunic & kilt with the Druid T9 lookalike shoulders — I’m definitely going to be borrowing that for my Boomkin at some point because she already has those three pieces in the bank. The Monk class quest belt goes beautifully with the “robe”, and I love how the gems on the shoulders match the beads on the staff.
Freyana’s plate-wearing Farmer is simply fantabulous also! I’ve been thinking about making a set of outfits of each armor type to go with the Straw Hats, but I was feeling pretty stumped about how to do it in plate. I love the way the pants coordinate with the green of the Tillers tabard. I’m going to be borrowing some ideas from this outfit, too! And the shovel, brilliant — I gotta go get one of those shovels for my baby Warrior Tank 😛

I was suprised enought to go to the finals. So this was really unexpected. Thanks for the congratulations everyone. And more importantly, thank you all for the fun you’ve each brought to this event. It has been really inspiring to see all the outfits through out the competition. 🙂
And also a big grats to Freyana. That farmer looks great and well prepaired to fight of some virmen. 😀
I guess I better get to work putting the finishing touches on the Zazzy Mogs comic that goes along with that outfit. ^^

I love both outfits, it really was hard to choose. I might have to find some use for the tillers tabard in the future, with a straw hat of course. 🙂
And I’ll have to use that belt and staff with a panda of my own, it’s just so fitting.
